Proprioceptive Exercise

Proprioceptive Exercise is a unique type of meditative ,conscious movement which uses specific processes, focus, and breath work to activate your proprioceptive system-your ‘ inner guide’. The proprioceptive system is a physiological system in your body which maintains homeostasis, alignment, and equilibrium on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

By connecting and heightening your awareness to the cues of the proprioceptive system, you can release, unwind, and prevent stress, heal and harmonise emotions, increase mental clarity and resilience, strengthen, mobilise , energise, and align your body, nourish your hormones and joints, unwind and release energetic compressions and imprints held deep within your body, and spark your innate vitality and creative power.
