Hi, I’m Shereen, an intuitive, physical and emotional fitness coach and facilitator. The nervous system is the doorway to your transformation. At Bliss Wellness, we combine innovative nervous system regulation tools and techniques with core imprint release. It is practical, and crucially, it clears the root of what is keeping you trapped so change sticks and radiates across every area of your life.
As a Pilates, proprioceptive exercise and meditation coach, Compassion Key Facilitator and Reiki Master, i use these modalities and combine them with the considerable experience and knowledge I have gained from regulating my own nervous system, to offer ‘ Regulate to Rewire’ a 2 month 1:1 personalised nervous system regulation intensive coaching programme, Pilates and fitness classes and Blissful retreats!

Bliss Pilates
Small group Pilates and fitness classes designed to strengthen your body, boost your vitality and leave you feeling rejuvenated, uplifted and restored. With a maximum of 4 clients per class, you’ll receive personal attention in every session! One to one training available on application too.

Bliss Wellness helps high reaching female professionals, prevent and recover from burnout by treating the root cause: the nervous system. We release the deepest imprints and programming that are keeping you stuck and empower you with innovative, nervous system regulation techniques, knowledge and practical tools you can use daily. This is a transformation that delivers calm, vitality, clarity, joy, freedom that lasts, and radiates across your life.
Proprioceptive Exercise
Meditative movement to activate and heighten your sensitivity to the proprioceptive system, a physiological system within your body-your ‘ inner guide’. Learn this unique and evolutionary resource and feel the benefits on all levels: physically, emotionally and mentally.
