Pilates Mat Foundation
A gentle, supportive Pilates class focused on building strength, improving mobility and enhancing balance. Ideal for beginners, seniors and those returning to movement or recovering from injury.
Strength and Conditioning
A focused class designed to build strength through controlled, progressive Pilates-based exercises. Expect full-body work that challenges stability, precision and control while developing lasting strength.
Pilates Mat Strength
A Pilates class focused on building strength using bodyweight and light resistance, available both in the studio and online. Expect controlled, targeted exercises designed to develop strength, stability and confidence in your movement.
HIT Pilates
A energising, dynamic class that blends Pilates with higher intensity sequences to boost endurance, coordination and overall fitness, while maintaining mindful, controlled movement.
