Proprio-Pilates™ is a unique approach that combines mindful movement with practices that awaken your proprioceptive system, your body’s inner guidance.
Through this gentle yet powerful method, you are supported in reconnecting with your body’s innate healing capacity, experiencing benefits on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Bliss Pilates
Small group Pilates classes designed to strengthen your body, support vitality, and leave you feeling rejuvenated, uplifted, and restored.
With a maximum of four students per class, you receive personalised attention in a calm and supportive environment.
One-to-one sessions are also available for those seeking more individual guidance.
Blissful Healing Retreats
Escape into restorative natural surroundings and reconnect with yourself. Our Blissful Healing Retreats combine Proprio-Pilates™, Strength Pilates, meditation and energetic practices, and moments of stillness.
Each day is designed to support deep relaxation, improved alignment, and renewed energy as you unwind in a peaceful setting. Find balance, recharge your body, and return feeling refreshed and restored.

I am an intuitive body, mind, and spirit movement guide.
Drawing on many years of experience running a successful Pilates studio, alongside study in a range of healing and movement modalities including Pilates, Proprioceptive exercise, Meditation, Compassion Key healing facilitation, and Reiki (Master). I have developed my own unique approach to embodied movement: Proprio-Pilates™.
